For the second consecutive year, SIGEP WORLD will host a competition that goes far beyond the traditional concept of a world championship:
Pizza Without Borders is not just a competition, but a global project, a meeting point between cultures, techniques, and passions, where the challenges bring out the World Pizza Champions in various specialties and the 2026 World Classic Pizza Champion.
The races and categories
Talented pizza chefs from over 30 nations will compete in a thrilling competition featuring 18 different categories, offering a comprehensive overview of the pizza universe:
from classic pizza, a symbol of Italian tradition, to traditional Neapolitan pizza, from Roman pizza to the most modern and creative interpretations, up to dessert pizza.
The performances will be judged by a panel of nearly 120 industry experts and world-renowned chefs, who will judge each pizza based on dough, cooking, presentation, and flavor balance.
